The Problem
Civic numbers in Sri Lanka show up as screenshots and WhatsApp forwards — rarely with a source, often out of date, almost never in the reader's language. Lankawa treats provenance as the product: if a figure can't explain where it came from, it doesn't deserve the page.
The System
A multilingual civic dashboard surfaces economy, district, disaster, and public-service signals with EN / Sinhala / Tamil as first-class locales. Numbers carry source context so a reader can verify instead of trusting a vibes chart.

Margin Notes
- What matters: trilingual from day one — not English-first with a translate button.
- What I'd deepen: automated staleness flags when an upstream source revises.
- What shipped anyway: provenance as a UI requirement.
