The Problem
Asking prices in Sri Lanka live across listing sites with uneven quality. Without geocoding and comparables, a "deal" is a vibe. PropertyLK turns listing noise into price intelligence — where the market actually sits, and whether this asking price is honest for what it is.
The System
A scraping + geocoding pipeline feeds a web surface with heatmaps and comparable-based deal scoring. Listings become spatial and comparable so buyers and analysts can read the market instead of scrolling endlessly.
