The Vision

Most small and mid-sized businesses suffer from generic agency templates — slow load times, bloated page builders, zero animation taste, and low conversion rates.

Ardeno Studio was co-founded to fix this: bridging high-end creative engineering, custom React/Next.js architectures, and conversion-driven UI design into a boutique studio model for clients in Sri Lanka and beyond.

Digital experiences should feel like high-performance software — fast, tactile, and conversion-focused from day one.

The Architecture

Ardeno Studio builds production web applications using Next.js App Router, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, and Supabase backends. Every client application adheres to strict performance budgets, responsive glass/dark UI patterns, and optimized SEO metadata.

  • Urban Kitchen (urban-kitchen.vercel.app): Redesigned & deployed digital restaurant ordering platform with real-time menu management, mobile cart, WhatsApp order capture, and Vercel hosting.
  • Wax In The City (wax-in-the-city-website.vercel.app): High-end salon & spa booking web application built with Next.js 16, Supabase, 17 prerendered routes, and custom local glamour typography.
  • Ironforge Gym: High-converting fitness studio web application designed for local gym clients in Colombo.
  • Ardeno Growth Scanner: Internal client site audit tool evaluating performance, SEO hierarchy, and conversion readiness.
